I've been vegan since 1996. I've volunteered and campaigned for animal rights with various vegan organisations (from grassroots to national and international organisations). I've worked as a part-time consultant for The Vegan Society - project managing the launch of their award-winning website, and the development of a new Customer Relationship Management database for their members. I've spoken on veganism, activism, and community building. I've mentored new and potential vegans. I've even written music for vegan radio shows, and DJed at vegan events. And since 2011, I've also been running what is apparently now the world's largest vegan social group (London Vegan Meetup). But I still want to do more - for animals, for humans, and for the planet.

This is a collection of links to various third-party resources that I've found useful or interesting - including academic articles, blog posts, books, podcasts, and videos.

Please get in touch if you have any suggestions of additional resources that you think I might like to include.…

As well as general talks on the rationale for veganism, I've previously given presentations on specific subjects such as:

  • Community Building (panel)
  • Building Your Activist Community
  • Social Activity as Activism
  • The London Vegan Social Scene
