I've been a IT professional since 1992, a project manager since 1993, and a company director since 1999. During this time, I've implemented Quality Improvement Processes under a BS5750/ISO9001 Total Quality Management (TQM) system, delivered industry firsts that gave my clients a competitive advantage, and produced award-winning results for work that had previously stalled. Since 2001, I've been running my own consultancy to provide the above services to my clients - and maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations.
