At the beginning of 2014, I was asked to take on the project management of The Vegan Society's website (the previous project manager having recently moved on).
Despite some significant issues with previously engaged third parties proving unable to fulfil their commitments, the site was launched just a few months later - and went on to win the award for Best Vegan Lifestyle Website in the VegfestUK 2015 Awards (the first time this category had been included).
I was subsequently retained to manage projects including the completion of the society's online trademark search, and the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for membership.
